OPERATION

When the liquid to be filtered entres the filters body, it flows directly through the filter bag .

The bag is located into a metal basket in order to withstand the differential pressure increase during filtration and to avoid any damage.

 SUPPORT BASKET

The product to be filtered is drained from the inside towards the outside. All the particles are retained by the   bag.

No special tool is required to open the filter.

FILTER BAGS

The bag quality is decisive to insure a high level filtration.

The bag is the basic element which enables to insure the filtration constancy and reliabilty

The required fibre quality can be selected within a large range.

The selected material depends on the product to be filtered.

The basic fibre range meets all the temperature and pressure condition i.e :

POLYESTER

VISCOSE

POLYPROPYLENE

NYLON

WOOL

Bag areas : 0,25 m² or 0,5 m²
  Bags are reusable or disposable
Lockingis made by bayonet type stirrup

The bags are manufactured from three types of filter media:

  MONOFILAMENT

FELT

NONWOVEN CLOTH
.

Each of them varies in their structure , their fibre nature, and their filtration fineness and filtration efficiency level.

 ACCESSOIRIES

BAG POSITIONER :
It avoids having bag motions inside the basket.

MAGNETS :
They catch dust and metal chip and increase bag life duration.

MESH STRAINERNESS :
They supersede filter bags for the filtration.

VOLUME REDUCTING BALLOON:
It decreases the residual liquid quantity when changing a bag.

HOUSING STAND :
Available for adaptation on all single bag type filter housings .

  BAG FILTER ADVANTAGES

A very low filtration limit (0,5 micron) .
A high flowrate , up to 1000 m3/h .
